New Hotline Service (continued) 

Missed a call??  No problem.  If you miss a call, it will automatically transfer to a secondary/backup volunteer and finally to a customized voicemail if no one is available at that moment.  Members from our committee will automatically get notified of missed calls or voice mail and will be able to call the person right away.  We will essentially never miss a call which is fantastic!

This new system also makes it easier to take a service commitment.  Please sign up for either a weekly shift or as a one of the secondary/backup volunteers.  We need people in service to help the still sick and suffering alcoholic reaching out for help.  If you are a group taking this commitment, please pass this information along to the rest of your group.
Note:  The minimum sobriety requirement for this commitment is 1 year.
